2022 TAX SEASON UPDATES

Happy New Year, we at Andres Income Tax Ltd. wish you and your loved ones to always be safe and healthy. As we continue to adjust to this pandemic, we wish that 2022 brings you and your family more health and new beginnings. Despite everything that we all have confronted the past two years we just want to remind you that tax season has begun so it is time now to file your 2021 taxes. Andres Income Tax Ltd. continues to provide good and reliable service for many years. As we continue to find ways that will be easier to provide service for you, we just want to remind you of the many changes that we started last year and continue for the protection and safety of our staff and clients. Since the COVID pandemic is starting to rise we are going to follow the NYC regulations that were implemented last year. Below you will see the new way we will continue to work to serve you.

A Reminder of Changes:

Business Hours: Monday through Saturday 9 am to 7 pm APPOINTMENTS ONLY
The last appointment will be at 6:30 pm so we can better serve you.
NO WALK-INS ACCEPTED unless DROPPING OFF your documents ONLY.
You must always wear your Mask. (It is for your safety and ours)
Filing SINGLE one individual is allowed, MARRIED two individuals are allowed to attend the appointment.

Appointment Policy:

When scheduling an appointment, a Pre-paid $20 deposit is required, it will be deducted from your balance. You will only lose the deposit if you Cancel/Miss or are more than 10 minutes late. The Pre-paid deposit must be made to lock in your appointment.

Friendly Reminders:

Self Employed: 1099-MICS, Bank Statements, Expense Receipts, Book Ledger (showing your earnings and expenses) EIC Proof: A current School Letter for All dependents Not in School send Doctors letter on their letterhead as proof of address. Account Information (Refunds/Payments): Must bring account and routing number (if it has changed). Secure Portal: Portal can be used to send us and to receive any important document. A current and active email address will be needed. Going Paperless: You can now have your 2021 Tax Return sent to you via our secure portal or email.

We continue to prepare long and short forms. If you need the money right away and if you qualify you can receive your refund in less than two weeks. The tax law has changed, and we want to help you understand how the new changes affect you. Our goal is to make you, our customer satisfied, so we put much effort into getting what you deserve.
